About

Miss Bayou City Pageants and Events was created by the visionary Director Kierah "KiKi" Russell, who is a former pageant queen (Miss Black and Gold, 2005). Since then, she has directed, coordinated, coached contestants, and judged in a number of pageants across the state of Texas. Now, Director KiKi and her team wants to bring their 15 years of pageant and event coordinating experience to the great City of Houston and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with girls, teens, and young women by encouraging them to let their inner light shine and embrace their individual qualities that make them beautiful.  The time has come to turn that inner beauty inside out and show the world what you have  - what are you waiting for?
